Death & Grief Doula

What is a doula?

A death and grief doula is a person who acts as a non-medical guide or companion to support beings and their loved ones as they navigate the living, dying, and grieving (loving) process. By bringing our attention to death, we can become more aware of the preciousness of life and reflect on if we have lived well and if we have loved well. We can feel into all the ways we can support increased capacity to live and love well.

As a doula, Lissa supports folks with art, nature, and body-heart-mind practices as forms of refuge for the living, dying, and grieving (loving) processes.

If this is resonant, please reach out to Lissa via their Care Inquiry Form. Lissa can meet with folks virtually; please offer what you can for these online sessions.
